This part is still a work in progress and maybe should be hid initially at site roll out.
We should include a PDF of the MCWA brochure along with a printable membership form to gather the information the the Treasurer needs.
Other options/additions:

- A PDF membership application with fill-in form fields
- A web form like shown below that would get emailed to the Treasurer.
- PayPal button (“Friends” option may not be available, we would have to investigate).
