This part is still a work in progress and maybe should be hid initially at site roll out.

We should include a PDF of the MCWA brochure along with a printable membership form to gather the information the the Treasurer needs.

Other options/additions:

- A PDF membership application with fill-in form fields
- A web form like shown below that would get emailed to the Treasurer.
- PayPal button (“Friends” option may not be available, we would have to investigate).

Note: Full membership is open to all licensed amateurs. A student membership for a maximum period of one year shall be open to anyone actively engaged in study leading to an amateur radio license. Full membership includes all club privileges as well as rights to hold club office and to vote for club officers. Student membership carries no club privileges.
